Fit for T day Thursday

Well ladies, the week is almost over. This morning i did butts and guts and it kicked my butt for sure. i'm not going to be able to walk by tomorrow. off to work. hope you ladie have a nice day
 
Butts & Guts...that's one that never gets any easier! Love the ab work on that one, too.

The doggies and I braved the cold weather and went for a run this morning. My kettlebell workout yesterday was super-hard. I did all of "Newport" from Art of Strength and I'm actually a little sore today, which doesn't usually happen to me with kettlebells.

Eating so far...pretty good. I'm hanging in there. I am at the point where I am getting a little grossed out by all the chicken/fish/veg combinations and I just want to eat a bowl of Crunch Berries for dinner (with strawberry milk). I keep reminding myself that Crunch Berries are not technically food, but it doesn't make them sound any less delicious.

Fortunately, I am stronger than the Crunch Berries. I have a little planned splurge this weekend so I'm trying my best to be very, very good!

Hey guys trying to muster up some energy to go to the gym on my lunch break would prefer to go for a walk but my friend backed out :( ahhh any motivation???? :)

BTW almost 4 weeks till T-day :)
 
Well, could you just do an office workout? Sometimes that's just the midday pick-me-up I need.

Or, could you walk alone? I make myself walk during lunch by running some errands (from the office to the drugstore to the Trader Joe's and back is about 1.4 miles!). Since I'm on a mission, I don't even think about it!

Hope everyone is doing well. I have been doing really well on eating, because I have a nasty cold, and everything tastes like post nasal drip :eek:. I've not exercised the past two, make that three because I probably won't today either. I'm going to my second WW meeting tonight, so maybe that will raise my spirits, even though I know it's just a number. Eriniski, I hope you are at the gym right now, do some reps for me :). Kariev, well done on your B&G this AM. Do you have a barbell, or do you use free weights? Afreet, are you looking for some new recipes? If you google "core dessert", there are a bunch of things that appear unlikely, but are actually really tasty for the occasional sweet tooth. Most use splenda though, it you are trying to be purist, they might not work.

Funny you should mention this. I am actually looking for some new recipes, although I am finding that my sweet tooth (actually I don;t think I really have any other kind of teeth...you've probably noticed) is easier and easier to control the longer I stick to 99% clean eating. Instead of having 100 little mini-treats (none of which are really satisfying) throughout the week, I'm good all week and get to have something awesome on Saturday.

Mmm...although I did just Google "core desserts" and there's some pretty good stuff out there...(drifts over to other browser window to fantasize about grilled pineapple)...
 
Never made it to the gym got outside for 30 minutes. not sure about tonight since anthony is off early but hopefully will do something :) otherwise rest day for me. i was never so laxed about things before.

i am the queen of sweets (i add sugar free cocoa to everything to help with the sweet tooth)
