We made it ladies!!!! Just a quick post to wish all of you a happy thanksgiving. I was up early and got my workout in. I did GS legs and workout #1 from coremax. I haven't done GS legs in a while and it was a killer. Not that Cathe's workouts ever were easy but you really notice a loss of strength when you haven't been doing them frequently as I have been doing my own workouts. She really pushes me!
