Fit for T-Day on T-Day

We made it ladies!!!! Just a quick post to wish all of you a happy thanksgiving. I was up early and got my workout in. I did GS legs and workout #1 from coremax. I haven't done GS legs in a while and it was a killer. Not that Cathe's workouts ever were easy but you really notice a loss of strength when you haven't been doing them frequently as I have been doing my own workouts. She really pushes me! Enjoy all your family and food today.
 
I would also like to extend a very happy and safe Thanksgiving to our group and anyone who peeps in! No workout yet, as I just had my cereal but will definately get it in this morning once things settle a bit... not sure what that w.o will be yet, but something long and high in caloric burn! Will not overindulge for dinner but will eat everything I want in moderation...
