Hi ladies! How are you all doing? I just got back from Busch Gardens and had a BLAST! I did really well on my diet for the limited amount of healthy food there. I did bring some protein bars so they were my snacks and at lunch i just chose the salad with grilled chicken and some strawberries. We must have walked 10miles in the park yesterday so i decided i wasn't going to workout today since i'm exhausted. This upcoming week i may get back to my circuits but we will see what i feel like doing tomorrow. hope you ladies had a great weekend!
 
Hi Ladies:

I have not done much other than vacuuming the house and sitting on the couch... my back was still a little sore and didn't want to aggrivate it any more yesterday, but haven't gotten motivated to do much than walk back and forth to the kitchen today! :eek:

Kariev: sounds like a wonderful time yesterday! It has been SO long since I have been to BG but I do remember the spectacular sights from awhile back! Good for you on maintaining your eating while doing something out of the norm! and you SHOULD consider walking all over that place as a workout.. whether you do it all at once, or over a period of hours, it is still moving! :)

Eriniski: hope you had a great weekend too!

I have been debating on whether to do my 1RM's or do another week of FF's December rotation... I read today that Debbie (aka FF) lost something like 4 lbs doing her own rotation workout last week! boy, would I LOVE to do that!

I am still entering all my food into the Nutrition Manager and trying to plan a different approach this coming week, so I am getting more "A's"... need to play with it and review some additional pre-planned meals and print a shopping list and go for it!
