Hi ladies! Today is a much needed day off for me. I have been falling asleep by 9 every night which is so unsual. As much as the cardio coach workouts are good, i felt like they really ran me down this past week. Plus i'm feeling like my a.m. workouts are wearing me out more than anything. I think i'm going to switch and try to get my body used to working out after work. Even though i'm tired i think it might be a good change but i'm afraid i will skip it. The 4:45 workouts feel rushed at times for me and its so hard to get them in and get out the door on time. Plus i hate sweating while i'm in the shower as i don't have time to cooldown before i hop in. I don't know what to do. As much as i like getting my workouts overwith, i just feel like they are making me so tired. Since i workout so intense i think it sucks all the energy right out of me. Anyway, sorry about the rant. I hope you ladies have a good saturday. Not sure what the hubby and i are going to do. Its so beautiful outside, mabe the beach?
