Fit for C & H Saturday

Hi ladies! Today is a much needed day off for me. I have been falling asleep by 9 every night which is so unsual. As much as the cardio coach workouts are good, i felt like they really ran me down this past week. Plus i'm feeling like my a.m. workouts are wearing me out more than anything. I think i'm going to switch and try to get my body used to working out after work. Even though i'm tired i think it might be a good change but i'm afraid i will skip it. The 4:45 workouts feel rushed at times for me and its so hard to get them in and get out the door on time. Plus i hate sweating while i'm in the shower as i don't have time to cooldown before i hop in. I don't know what to do. As much as i like getting my workouts overwith, i just feel like they are making me so tired. Since i workout so intense i think it sucks all the energy right out of me. Anyway, sorry about the rant. I hope you ladies have a good saturday. Not sure what the hubby and i are going to do. Its so beautiful outside, mabe the beach?
 
Hi FFC/H'ers!

just gearing up for a cut and hightlight this morning... then pick up DH for lunch and maybe hit the movies (Bond) today. We were supposed to go yesterday but he just didn't feel up to it. I'm afraid it will be way to busy so we might go buy our tickets early and then go have lunch... will try to get in a TM workout (there are 2 pre-programmed w/o's in my TM) that will substitute for CCPP for Team Carola today... I don't do CC so this is my attempt to do my part :)

Kariev: sorry your morning workouts seem to be draining you... I saw your other post and wanted to at least send you (((hugs))) and hope you are able to find the balance. Maybe like one poster said, just do M/W/F morning workouts and the weekend, that way you have 2 mornings that you can sleep in! I just can't do that... my DH's alarm goes off at 4am every morning, and I'll be darned if I'm gonna get up in the dark... most of it is psycholgical I know, but when I do, I just feel so tired all day (even when I haven't worked out)... hope you find the answer you seek and make it work for you! Exercising is not fun when you are always tired!

Hi Kariev: I generally (except on weekends then who knows, just whenever it fits) get off work around 4pm and home by 4:30 and start workouts by 5pm... then a light dinner and then to bed by 8pm most week nights. but I am SO not a morning person, so while I can't exactly get back to sleep most days, I don't get up until just before 6am... I have tried early morning workouts long ago and found that I have no energy to do them, and get that sick, lightheaded, (undernourished ~ LOL!) feeling... probably would lessen that feeling if I drank a protein shake or ate a little something, but I just can't bring myself to try it again...
