Fish oil supplements and PCBs

I actually take Flaxseed oil instead, mainly because the thought of fish oil just sort of skeeves me out! No matter what we do to be healthy, someone is out there pointing out all the reasons why it isn't!! UGH!
 
Yes, I take Flaxseed oil tablets- 1000mg of Omega 3 in each tablet. I also sprinkle a little flaxseed in my cereal every now and again.
 
Chia seeds, flax seeds and purslane (a wild plant) are excellent sources of Omega 3s...and no fish involved!
