Hi. So I got my rebounder yesterday and tried it out today for the first time. I noticed that my feet were hurting me when I was on it...he said something about swelling at first...is that what the uncomfortable feeling was from? I just want to make sure I don't injure myself doing something wrong!
I felt all of the muscles in my lower body engaged from abs to calves! I was amazed! Normally when a work out claims to "engage/work your abs" when it's not an ACTUAL ab routine, I am hard-pressed to feel squat, but this time I KNOW my abs were engaged! :+
So I think I'll like it but it seems like it may take a goodly amount of time and patience to become proficient at it...Did you all find this to be true and do you have any tips, or hints to make the learning curve a bit easier on this one?
TIA Ladies!
