First Time Buyer...what series do I order?

I have a friend that highly recommends using your DVD's and I need some direction.... I am going to start the Body For Life program and I wanted to incorporate your series with it. I was looking at the Intensity Series and thought it sounded great. Then I just came on the site today and saw the Body Blast series. Which series would you recommend I invest in first to meet my needs? Thanks a million for your help and I look forward to using your DVD's.:)

Yeah I agree.But I love everything she puts out.
When I did BFL,I used the Pyramid system which is in the Intensity Series.Those workouts are most like the BFL workouts that they suggest but you may have to modify when you finish going up the pyamid.Cathe comes back down the pyramid but Bill Philps suggest at this time you go heavier again for a few reps.I did both ways.I never stopped the workout either b/c it takes about the sametime.There is a Interval workout also in this series which is great for your cardio days,just in case you can't get outside to run.
