First (dating) Anniversary

I almost can't believe it, but next month marks one year for BF and I! I'm sure that we'll go out for a nice dinner and do something nice to mark the day. I'd like to add a little extra surpise wiht a thoughtful present for him as well.

I've put together a scrapbook with everything from our first year of dating (movie tix, mini golf cards, etc.). He knows that I am saving the stuff but hasn't seen what I've done with it thus far. Is that queer to hand him on our first anniversary? I almost thought of giving it to him when we marry, but it seems equally appropriate.

Any other good ideas out there for a thoughtful surprise to mark the day?
 
I think the scrapbook is great. I love that stuff! My girlfriends and I love to get together and scrap.

I have a friend who does the same thing, and gives her DH the scrapbook every year for their anniversery. I think it's a wonderful idea!! What a way to be able to remember your lives together, especially if it's seems that he may just be the one.
 
Thanks guys :) I may go with that or try to think of something different but we shall see! There's still more time to decide
