FIRM to Cathe...any success stories out there?

I would post this on the success board, but it doesn't look as though it gets a lot of traffic.

I am new to Cathe, and consider myself an intermediate exerciser. I have been Firming for over 2 yrs though.

Just wondering what more Cathe has given you in terms of results and endurance.

Well, the first thing that comes to mind is the fact that I was a Firm addict for over a year and never increased my weight and cardio endurance. I discovered Cathe with Low Max last January and really didn't have any noticable difference at first. I started using Cathe primarly the end of this last May with PUB/PLB and MuscleMax (about 2 mos). I have already increased my weight use with biceps/chest/back and legs. Actually, this last Monday, I had to go and purchase #20 dumbbells for my back (pullovers and lat rows) where with the Firm, I could barely do #10 on either!

My cardio endurance has also greatly increased. After Firming for over a year (again, same timeframe) I could barely wog (walk/jog) 2 miles. Tuesday, I went out and jogged 5 miles at a faster pace that I used to.

I haven't see great changes in the scale, but HUGE changes in muscle tone and shape.

HTH!!

I too experienced increased endurance with Cathe. I primarily did the FIRM for about 4 years (I think). After doing Cathe for a few months, I was able to lift heavier. I saw definition in my arms that I never saw with the FIRM. Don't get me wrong, I was a true Firm Believer like many others as it did great things for me to. However, I just think that I outgrew the FIRM and found that Cathe just challenge you to go to the next level. I recently popped in a few FIRM tapes just for variety. I just lift much heavier than they do and even laugh when they saw get your heavy weight and it looks like they are grabbing a 10 pounder.

Cathe's cardio workouts were very challenging at first, but then I got used to them. However, it has afforded me the ability to increase my speed on the treadmill and sometimes even jog for a period of time (which is something I was never able to do).

I have been working out to Cathe for almost 3 years and truly enjoy Cathe's workouts. I appreciate what the FIRM did for me, as that is how I learned about Cathe.

I was using the original firm years and reached a peak and that was it. I only started using Cathe a few mos ago and already notice a differnce. A lot more intense with a lot less fluff filler as I call it.
Most workouts nowadays have a lot of fluff in them.

I later bought the newer Firm workouts but they really got fluffy and I ended up giving them away. Then I went ahead and bought the Transfirmer just cause I was curious and it looked good. It is a good workout, combined with Cathe that it. By itself, it wouldn't be satisfying enough for me.

As of now I am seeing definition in my triceps which never happened before and I thought never would. Very hard muscle to define but it starting to do that. So despite some years of other workouts, a few mos with Cathe and suddenly this muscle appears.

I was afirm junkie for a long time.
Then a little over a year ago i found cathe.
Big difference. I can now see my abs. I can lift heavier then ever. I made it through bootcamp this week rather easily.1st time almost killed me.
This site has done alot. I eat more and healthier.
I was not dropping below 150 with the firm. Now i am down to 138 and still going without heavy dieting. I eat more now than ever just smaller portions.
There is no comparison from the firm and cathe. She blows it away.......

The Firm was all I used to do and it gave me great results, but I plateaud. Then I found Cathe. She helped me lose the last 10 lbs. or so and I now have great endurance. I guess you just get to a stage where you need more advanced workouts and she's definitely the answer.
