FIRM or CAthe best for fatloss?

Hi. I was wondering which is better for fatloss? FIRM (high reps not really focusing on one body part) or Cathe DVD's. I have both and whle I love Cathe (the DVD's are such high quality) and her style, I really need to lose 15 pounds and do't know what will give me the best results. THank you for your advice!!!!!

I only have the older Firm workouts...none of their newer stuff in the last several years. I got tired of the Firm when they started making compilation tapes and nothing was ever new or more challenging and they couldn't make a cardio section longer than 20 minutes so I always had to double up on the cardio. I just like Cathe workouts much better.

That's not to say you couldn't combine the two into a rotation...if you have both workout styles I would suggest say Cathe's Weight Loss rotation for it's duration and then follow it with a week of Firm workouts because they are much less intense. Then start back with the Weight Loss rotation again and keep doing that type of a rotation until you lose the goal weight.

Remember...eat sensibly and cut out the junk or all of your hard work will not show results.

July Rotation
FAT LOSS and DEFINITION Rotation"

Hi Everyone! I must apologize for getting this rotation out so late. A couple of you have asked if it would be possible to get the rotations out a day or two before the month starts and I will work very hard on trying to make that happen. The July Rotation focuses on fat loss and definition. You will do a mix of cardio and weight training with moderate weight.

WEEK ONE:
Monday: CTX Upper Body
Tuesday: Imax 1
Wed: Leaner Legs
Thurs: MIC
Fri: Muscle Endurance
Sat: Walk/Run 40 minutes Plus Abs from Step Heat
Sun: OFF

WEEK TWO:
Monday: Body Max
Tuesday: Step Fit
Wed: Cardio Kicks
Thurs: OFF
Fri: MIS
Sat: OFF
Sun: Power Hour

WEEK THREE:
Monday: MIC
Tues: Cardio and Weights
Wed: Pyramid Lower Body
Thurs: OFF
Fri: Circuit Max
Sat: OFF
Sun: Boot Camp

WEEK FOUR:
Monday: Step Works
Tuesday: Imax 1
Wed: Power Hour
Thurs: OFF
Fri: Pyramid Upper
Sat: Imax 2
Sun: Strong Legs and Abs
Also, sleep well, eat well, and be sure to keep your daily water intake at a high level.

Hi Everyone! January and February are the months dedicated to getting off the holiday pounds. Cardio Blast is a weight loss rotation and picks up where January left off. You will see some similarities but in a different order with some different workouts to keep you inspired. These workouts, along with a clean diet, will keep your metabolism rev'd and in fat melting mode. Go for it!
