I have to say that I absolutely love the newest set of Firm workouts. They are much tougher than the other 2 sets, especially Stephanie's newest cardio workout. I wore my heart rate monitor and I burned 215 calories in only 30 minutes, and I only weigh 126, so I thought that was pretty good.
As far as the instructors? I agree that they looked way too thin. Christa had the flu sometime before shooting and lost almost 20 pounds. She has since gained it back and looks her old self again. Pam says she is naturally thin and likes the way she looks. I have to say that Pam actually looks better, for some reason, in the add-on videos than the set that came with the workouts. And they were all filmed during the same week.
I also would like to see the Firm instructors sweat on camera. The reason they don't is because they film the workouts in sections. Each time you hear the music change, more than likely they stopped for a break. A while back there was a picture posted on the website of the instructors practicing for the videos and they were drenched in sweat.
