I'm having issues as well with the firestick. I have tried logging out and back in, clearing cache and re-install application this morning. Can you please look into?
I am too. I received an email from customer support saying "Yes we are having an issue on FireTV. Our developer is working on it now and we hope to have it fixed soon."
You might want to log out of the app, then go to Settings, Manage Installed Apps, and Force Stop the Cathe Live app and then Clear the Cache. Then return to the home screen and login to the app. That worked for me.
