finding check ins & challenges

Hello fellow Catheites,

I rarely post....but am really needing some help getting motivated to loose these extra 10lbs or so that I continue to carry. I'm about 5'6 & 134lbs., not too bad, but I am so much more comfortable with my body ~120-125. I pre-ordered Cathe's last two bundles and over the past two years have purchased several of her other DVD's (my DH thinks I'm nuts). I do not have a problem with my workouts...it's my diet. Keeping a food log typically works for me...but I keep blowing it & then think I'll start over. Can anyone recommend a group that I can check in with so I can maybe look good in a swimsuit for my trip to Cozumel in December??? I think my main problems are my love of red wine and then just general overeating, eating when I'm not really hungry.
Any suggestions would be great.

If the link doesn't work, go to the "FORUMS" page & scroll all the way down to the bottom for the link. There are many check-ins, some are for exercise accountablilty & some are for diet such as Body for Life & Weight Watchers. You can even start your own check-in and ask others to join you. How exciting to be planning a trip to Cozumel. Great incentive to get busy with your eating plan. Good Luck!
