Hi,
I noticed in your 'check-in' that you
did Tae-bo Live Series 1. I just ordered it, and
I am wondering how you like it? How would you
compare it to Tae-Bo Advanced??

Hi Jessica!

I don't know if I really like the tape. Being the tried and true vidiot that I am, I have only done the tape 2 (or maybe 3) times at the most!!!

I needed something different. It was very upbeat and great for a change of pace. (I still prefer the slower ones i.e. PowerKicks ~ for me. I have two left feet and have to be VERY careful!! I'd rather concentrate on proper form then speed.)

Wish I could tell you more about it, but I don't like to REALLY judge tapes till I've done them at LEAST a half dozen times!!!!

If you like Tae Bo though, I'm sure you'll enjoy the live version of it. I actually like it more than the original Tae-Bo Advanced.
