finally got gym style

that's great! i just bought Gym Style and you guys make me want to also get slow and heavy

but I think since I am not so advanced in weight training, I will do my best with Gym Style and by the time the 3 days split is up, I will be stronger for a harder weight workouts

Do you guys know if the 4 day split weights are more like gym style or slow and heavy?? I wonder???
 
I like S&H, but I can only do them 2 weeks before my attention span wanders and I need to do something else. GS I can do for a full rotation. Both have their merits. I think GS is a much better all over workout as it hits the muscles from many different angles, but for sheer strength building S&H is the way to go.
