Well yesterday i did an hour on the treadmill. I ran the last 20 minutes. I came up stairs and had blood on my socks.
The nikie shoes were too tight on the toes.
I went to Dicks.
I tried on 15 pair of shoes.
Ryks not cushy enough.
Nikie too toght in toes.
Munzo hard feeling.
Sauxony didn't feel good.
Reebock not enough arch
I ended up with Asics .
I was shying away from them 120 bucks.
Well, i put them on and heaven. It was like they were made for me.
I am gonna try them tonite.
Legs are a little sore today.
I did 20 min abs #3 on coremax.
floor legs and 1 hour treadmill.'
Giving me a little rest this am.
Wish me luck. Hope the shoes make a difference.

Anne-

I do wish you luck!!! Did you have bisters? I can't tell what was bleeding. Did you try on a bigger size?

Shoes can make a big difference!!! Good luck with your Asics.

Asics are one of the best! Make sure you have a 1/2 size larger running shoe than what you measure. That keeps the toes from hitting the tip of the shoe. Sounds like you need good room in the toe box since (I am guessing) your toe(s) were bleeding. That has happened to me plenty. One time after a 1/2 marathon, I was changing and went to take my shoe off and saw the toe part of the SHOE was all bloody. I never felt any pain!

I hope your new shoes make a difference!

I love nike shox! I have never had a blister or any problems since getting these running shoes and I have wide feet. you just have to find the right ones. I didnt want to pay the 100.00 but there worth it. you gotta take care of your feet!

Always look for sales. I currently have 4 pairs of running shoes in my closet. I never pay more than $50 for running shoes. Always on clearance.

I hope those shoes work for you.
