Thank you for the note in yesterday's Check In. :) It's good to know that there are other women out there having their first child (or children! hehe) in their 30s. The more I workout the younger and better I feel, and I figure that's gotta be good for having babies! ;)

I did FitTV's version of PH, and it didn't have the shoulder sections. Bummer. It did have the bicep section and WOW that was awesome! I made it through the whole section- with 10 pounds. My biceps were screaming- good screams though, good scream. :7 }( :7
