i just got my 2006 catalogs..........yippee.........for those who are interested...www.power-systems.com anyway, i see a few things i am interested in
1.versafit sand bags. i dont use a "heavy barbell, so these sandbags, that look like hot/cold pack for the neck, look GREAT!! they come as heavy as 30 lbs, perfect for walking lunges outdoors!! or adding weight to stability ball crunches!!
2. latex free bands, as i am allergic..they go up to extra heavy resistance...cathes greenie is medium....so i can advance!!!
3. now, for a LAUGH..........i was looking a new weighted vest they are offering XVEST.......up to 84.....yes 84 lbs, adjustable in 1 lb increments, well, as i was reading the product details..it said.........."APPROVED FOR AQUATIC USE".........
..like i would strap 84 lbs on and jump in the deep end...NOT!!
