FEMME Liquid Creatine for Women

Have any of you used this product? I am doing a round of P90X and their recovery drink has creatine in it but I don't want to use it because creatine makes women bloated. I found this alternative at www.allstarhealth.com for a reasonable price but I wanted to get some input first. Thanks for the advice!

Hi Nicole,

I found a drink on the GNC website which seems to have very similar properties to the p90x recovery drink, but without any creatine. Here's the link:

It has the same function as the p90x recovery drink, as its primary goal is to replace muscle glycogen during the first hour after a workout. The serving size seems to be a bit big, but I guess you can use one scoop instead of two. I haven't tried it yet, so I have no idea what it tastes like. Let me know how it is if you decide to try it.

Hi Ady,

I use Lean Dessert by BSN for my recovery drink right now but noticed it didn't have creatine in it so I decided to use it seperately. I actually have seen Cytosport before but it doesn't have any protein in it and I like to kill two birds with one stone
