I am taking an unsched rest day. I just don't feel well. Headache and congestion with sore throat. Not bad but just bad enough to make me feel blah. I know if I workout I will not be able to give it my all. I also know that if I am sick that I need to let my body rest to heal. So WHY the heck do I feel so dawg gone guilty for taking the day off??? I did pylox yesterday with the beginnings of this and performed like crap and felt like even bigger crap afterwards. I told my DH that Tony's gonna be mad at me
Ok, I know I just need to just get over it. I guess I felt like whining a bit.
