Feel Fit Wear Sizing ?

Hi All,
For anyone that has bought any of the Feel Fit wear bra tops I have 2 questions...how does the sizing work? I'm a 32DD so would you do a M? Also what about the impact...are they supportive?

I find the sizing is small: according to the measurements on the site, I should be a medium but I tend to be a large in everything. That being said, I recently purchased a large in one of the bras but returned it because it was too big for high impact: I'm a 34 D, BTW. So I think you would be a large. Also, the bras are more for low to medium impact, IMHO.
