Attention CatheLIVE subscribers , Thursday February 5, 2026 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Double Shot Total Body” LIVE! Let’s dive into this challenging, moderately paced workout where we work in twos. We’ll have 4 rounds consisting of two lower body exercises and two upper body exercises. At the end of the 4th round we’ll do our sit up/push up drill for 4 sets. Let’s get busy!

A variety of weighted dumbells (we’ll be using 5-20 pounds)
