Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, Feb 3, 2022 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Plyo”Legs: Low Impact LIVE! Notice the quotes around the word “Plyo” since we are all low impact in this workout. But if you’re familiar with my Plyo Legs DVD (Plyo alternated with leg exercises) then you’ll know it’s the format that is familiar but all the “Plyo” is replaced with low impact hiit. So grab your game face and your equipment and let’s go!

Equipment Needed:

A set of 10’s, 12’s 15’s dumbbells

A medium tension fabric loop (my green fabric loop)

Just did it. You will be using the green loop a lot. What the pattern is 1 cardio the 1 leg exercise. No ab work and no burpees. Some of the low impact moves come from Low Impact Perfect 30. Cathe did 15 pounds, 12 and 10 pounds. I did 12 pounds to 10 pounds. I had problems getting on the green loop, so I did the best I could.
