Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, Feb 10, 2022 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Wicked Upper Body” LIVE. A solid and intense upper body only workout that completes one muscle group at a time before moving to the next. Hocus Pocus it’s time to focus!!!

Equipment Needed:

A set of 5’s through 15’s dumbbells (heavier or lighter if desired)

A full sized step with 3 risers under each side

A fitness mat (or mini step mat)

Optional equipment:
MicroLoad Gloves (for when you want to go a pound or two heavier on an exercise)

Lifting Gloves for more comfort & better grip

Just did it. It is between 50 to 51 minutes.

There are rest in between the sets. I did 5, 8, 10 pounds. There was push dips, but I didn’t do them. I did another tricep exercise.

This workout will fry your arms. I know I am going to feel it tomorrow.

The only difficulty is the push ups. But, other then that there is no ab section in this workout.

Back, shoulders, triceps, chest and bisceps.

Yes it was a tough routine today! I didn’t dedicate a specific section to abs because the core got worked a lot in exercises such as the side plank lateral raise, clean and press, pullover, deadrows, push ups and one arm bench press and bench fly. Stabilizers were kicking in hard on all of those exercises
 
Back to add that I got this download (yeah, another one in the vault) and thanks for the tip on the micro load gloves...I still have the original black ones from years back and today used them in chest & back like you said leaving my thumb out...that worked great.
also, loved the new moves, Dumbbell drivers, drop from the top, goal post/overhead, and that lateral combo...great fun moves.
