Feb rotation - Thurs Feb 9

Today is like Friday for me, cause I have the day off of work tomorrow! What a great feeling!

I did SB and a section of CM today instead of a run( no vacuuming today) . I think tomorrow will be ME.

Well, the girls scout ccokies are dwindling, but still there. The sale goes on til the end on the month, so.....

Good morning Phyllis and all of you that follow...

Ever have one of those days when the w/o just doesn't get done because, well, you don't feel like it!! I had one of those yesterday!

So, today will be my long cardio day, KPC and 30 min of Cardio Kicks.

Yes Jane, I do have those days!!! Maybe it's our body saying it's time to take a break??

Today my BODY isn't saying it but my schedule is. I'm supposed to do a 45 min. treadmill run and coremax#2, but I have a dentist appointment this morning for a crown.
My dentist has me take a valium before he works on me (don't know if it's all patients or me because I have a small mouth, hard to work on unless the jaw is completely relaxed? I'll have to ask today) Anyway, after that I dont' know if I'll be up for a run.
I'll see how I'm feeling later in the afternoon and try to fit it in.

Good luck with your long cardio today Jane. After I did that one I did have some DOMS in the hips and thighs from all that kicking!!

Survivor fans.....don't forget to watch or TiVo tonight!

Hi ladies,

It's been a while since I posted, but I've been with you all in "spirit". I have been following the February rotation and I love it! Plus the last two weeks of January, I got involved with the Tracie Long videos and was experiencing some serious DOMS. Anyway, today's was IMAX 1-3, and KickMax and I added 20 minutes of pilates. I love that, my HRM showed over 400 calories, which I know isn't really accurate but a serious dent in calories for only 35 minutes worth of cardio! ;-).

Ok I am the barger in on threads today :) I was wondering how you all are liking feb rotation and what it is doing for you so far. I am on week 2 of jan and planning to see how you all like february before I decide if I am going to do it.

Hi Ladies,

I am not much for running, and I did not a step workout, I did Mindy Ultimate Bootcamp, it is tough cardio and push ups, and of course I did core max. I am seeing great Results since I started with the January, the February seems easy.

Today was IMAX3 with Kick Max blast and high jog. With it being such a short session this morning, I took this opportunity to sleep in a little this morning. I still had time to do more ironing (though I should have vacuumed instead!).

Terri: to answer your question about Feb rotation, this rotation seems way easier than Jan. For me it's too early in the rotation right now to tell how effective it is, but please check back in on us throughout the month.

Jane: yes, I get that 'I don't wanna' feeling every now and then but I know myself too well. If I give into that feeling I'll start blowing off my workouts all the time. I'm basically a lazy person who has an exercise habit.

My work is offering a 10 week kickbox class starting the beginning of March. Although I do Cathe's kickbox cardio when the rotation calls for it, I really think my form stinks. This will be a good opportunity for some extra cardio plus some one-on-one instruction. I just hope it lives up to my expectations. They said to expect to do push ups. Hee hee, now that I know I'm ready for.
