Feb rotation TGIF Feb 3

Good morning! Let's hear it for Friday!! WooHoo!!

I did 2 bicep WO's - S&H, followed by PH. For my cardio, I did SB, combo 1,3, and challenge premix. I was feeling really strong today, and I don't consider myself as having a lot of bicep strength. Maybe it was cause I had a rest day yesterday.

Tomorrow, I'll work on legs and add on IMAX int. 6-10. Then, Sunday, I'll begin the Feb rotation.

Ok, I'm having a little trouble with my food choices these days. You see, I'm the Girl Scout cookie mom this year, and my house is loaded with cookies! All I have to do is walk to the room and pick out what I want. Mmmmmm, love those shortbread cookies!!

Oh Phyllis I feel for you!! I was cookie mom for more years than I care to remember!! I loved and hated that time!!! I'll have to be prepared when I go to WalMart, the girlscouts will be out in force!!

I plan on buying Shortbreads and Thin Mints though and will not feel guilty!! They are my favorites and only once a year! Enjoy!



I did Step Fit today. First time for that one. It was a little confusing on parts but I did okay.
