I'll do it with you. It isn't quite as bad as the January rotation and there seem to be more strength w/o's in it.
I cannot BELIEVE IMAX3 in the first week though!! UGH!! But only intervals 1-3, that better at least.
How about starting tomorrow on February 1st? I am going to do a power walk today after taking a rest day yesterday. My arms are still pretty sore from those 80 pushups followed by BodyMax the next day!!
Are you going to do it?
