Attention Cathe Live subscribers, Thursday February 1st, 2024 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Build A Burn” Live! This mostly upper body (with a splash of lower body) workout uses moderate weight and a resistance tube to remind you that you don’t always have to lift heavy weight to “build a burn”!

Equipment Needed:

Various weighted dumbbells

Medium (or lite) tension resistance tube

Fitness Mat

Nope, I didn't see it, nor has there been a clip posted here. I watched a little bit of it
this morning live, maybe they had problems, I didn’t think the focus was too good a
couple times…
