Favorite Rotation

If you do Cathe's rotations, which one did you see the most results with (particularly in your lower body)? I haven't done any of the rotations yet (not for more than 2 weeks anyways). One reason is it took me awhile to build up my Cathe collection but now I have almost everything. I would like to tackle a rotation but I keep looking at one thinking "Oh, this looks great" but then I'll see another and I'll think,"Maybe I'll do this one first" so now I can't make up my mind. I thought if I could hear what others' results have been that may help me decide.

I've never done it but there are a few folks who praise butts n guts and have done it more than once and saw results every time!

I just finished my first Cathe rotation and have started my second one. I completed HC Fat Loss rotation. I saw improvements in my entire body. Now I am doing the Cario Blast rotation.

When you say you want to see improvements in your lower body, do you need to lose fat or is it more of a muscle development issue? If it is fat loss, definitely do one of the cardio rotations. They also have weigh work in them, so you'll build some muscle to take the place of that fat too.

When doing a Cathe rotation, how long are the daily workouts, usually? I haven't started one mainly for a couple of reasons, 1)I don't have all of Cathe's stuff, thus would be making TONS of substitutions, therefore making the rotation pointless, and 2)Time constraints. When I am working, I have about 55 min to workout before having to get ready and leave. When I am off, I usually am able to devote 1-2 hrs to working out.

The daily workouts are usually about an hour. Some, like Low Max or Kick Max, are 70 minutes. I usually don't have any more time than this. Sometimes I just do the premixes like the Timesavers which are a shortened version of the whole workout.
