Favorite Premixes?

Ok, since I have just about every Cathe video now and I'm still waiting for the new ones, I'm looking to shake things up a bit.
How do you use your old workouts in ways? Anyone have favorite premixes?

I remember someone posted the idea to do the blast after each combo in stepblast. That was a good one!

I can't believe no one's answered you yet. I was the one who suggested alternating SB combos and blasts. I did another premix workout yesterday that was really good:

KickMax warm up, combos 1-4;
High Step Challenge Timesaver Premix #2; tack on core work and stretch. This takes about 70 mins.

BootCamp Core Only premix is an awesome, 10 minute, core workout.

My favorite premix leg burner is the HSTA lower body and cardio only. I also love the KPC/LG 82 minute workout and the bootcamp lower body only is a great way to end a step workout. It is 8 minutes of leg work.

Oooh, I just thought of another one that I really like. For a 45 min great workout:

SJP warm up and step combos; SB Blast Challenge; SJP abs & stretch.
