I am soo excited for the Lift, Move, and Restore Series! I wanted to get a few more LIVE workouts from Cathe that are love impact, Barre, Pilates, and Mobility friendly. I would love if you could share some of your favorite workouts with me. Thanks so much! :)
 
I am looking forward to Cathe-Live-letes responses to your question. I'm developing a list of possible LIVE downloads for the Black Friday sales & am sharing a couple on my radar:

A few pilates-like:
401: To the Mat - Legs, Glutes & Core
291: Legs & Core Down on the Floor
093: Bun Burners Barre & Ball

A low-impact cardio & legs: 381 "Plyo" Legs Low Impact

I can't recommend these as I haven't done them, but maybe others will chime in.
 
I love plyo and i did not know this ever existed.
Just wanted to clarify that even tho' it's titled "Plyo Low Impact" it is definitely all low impact
which you could, of course, go higher impact with it. I think the thought behind the title
was she took exercises that alot of times are Plyo and she modified them to low impact in
this workout..........if that makes sense :)
