Favorite leg exercises using gliding discs?

I just received the gliding discs. What's your favorite leg exercise(s) using the gliding discs?

Multi-directional lunges: front, diagonal front, side, diagonal back, back. Do 8 sets of those on each side and you will be cooked!

Can you recommend any lower body DVDs that utilize the gliding discs quite a bit? How about Mindy Mylrea's?
 
Mindy's are good, also TLT "Better Burn...Better Buns" which has exercises using a towel that you can substitute Gliders for. Also, do a search on Gliding exercises in the web.

MIndy's "All about Legs" has a gliding disc segment. And her "All About Abs" has once also.

As for favorite gliding disc exercises, I like any kind of lunges, especially rear and side lunges. I also like travelling side-to-side lunges, and a moves where you go into a rear lunge, then move the disc out to the side and back in, or go into a side lunge and move the disc back and in.
