Fatloss February

Hi ladies :). Monday was c25k, Tuesday I did x10- started with step portion and didn't remember there is weights at the end so I forwarded to cardio section and did almost all of that. I had to stop a little early as I was too winded. Today was d31 chest/back and another c25k.

Tina I hope your test results went the way you wanted than to. Thinking of you :)

Diana are there any meals on the cleanse that you'll continue after it's over?

Later :)

Good morning Ladies. Thanks for the well wishes. My test came back negative for Lupus, thank God! It's just alopecia, which they'll treat with Spironolactone and Rogaine (for men). While I'm not crazy about all the potential side effects, I am vain enough to try it to keep the remaining hair I have. :/

Yesterday was MM with DH and Tuesday was LL&A and XT Legs, 39 min premix. Today will be CF, I've only done it one time so far. I'll finish XT Tri's and Bi's tomorrow. Next week will be XT Burn Sets, CLB and an STS plyo leg. DH is really loving the plyo workouts, anything to get a break from spinning-blah.

Sue, there are portions of X10 that wipe me out too. My favorite is the step portion. Nice job on your c25k. Do you have a race coming up soon? Is your sister joining you? I've never heard of Nia Shanks. I did a quick search, and it looks really interesting. I'll check it out when I have more time.

Diana, I hope you've completed your taxes. What an awful job to complete, I just hand it to DH. :) I can't believe your cleanse is almost over, time is just flying by.

Hi Ladies,

We have what is called Denver Restaurant Week where more expensive type restaurants provide nice pre defined menu plan for $30. Last night was girls night with some folks from work and a couple who have left the company. We had a great time. The place we went was Mexican food. My meal was starter-chili, main meal-veggie fajita, dessert-fried ice cream, 1 La Menta-similar to a mojito. Definitely not on the cleanse, and I feel like I totally overate although it really wasn't that much food.

No workout this morning, but do have bootcamp class tonight. My DS told me last night he had a choir concert tonight. It would've been nice to have some advance notice.

One of my local gyms is offering the Project Me program. I contacted the trainer to get more details and the cost. Here's a link that gives a little information about the program: ProjectMe – Serious Nutrition and Performance

Tina-glad to hear it's not lupus. I think I mentioned one of my friends has alopecia. She wears scarves everyday and has for years. I would probably try everything to keep my hair too. I hope the treatment works for you. Glad your DH is enjoying the plyo work. CLB is one of favorites.

Sue-Oh my, X10 definitely gets me winded too! It wasn't a favorite at first but I like it more now. You are doing great!! Bodyrock is going to have another real time 21 day challenge that starts in mid March I think. I plan on doing that program. I do like many of the recipes and will continue to incorporate some. My family are meat eaters and they aren't keen on meatless meals which is a tad frustrating. I may be able to get DH to try doing one meatless meal per week.

gotta get ready for work...bbl
