Fat Thighs!! Help!!

Cathe or anyone else....is there anything I can do to get fat off of my thighs!! I know there is muscle under all that fat...just you can't see it. My thighs have always been like this...I keep wondering if there is anything I can do to help get rid of it there. They do look better since I've started working out but to look at them, you'd never know that I workout. Any help would be appreciated!!
 
I have the same problem, all the muscle I could want, but fat on the thighs. Not much, but there it is. At this point, your problem is about fat loss not muscle growth, so you will have to reduce calories and increase calorie burning in whatever sensible manner works for you. I have about 5 vanity pounds to lose, all on my thighs. It may never go away, but I keep trying.
 
I have to agree with Mogambo...diet, diet, diet! I am also "blessed" with fat thighs and no matter how hard I was working out, nothing gave me any visible results until I cleaned up my eating. In fact, I went from working out 6 days a week to 4 days a week and still saw results after I cleaned up my eating.

Yep,nothing comes easy! If only we remembered that everytime we looked in the mirror. This is my first day of really watching what I eat.I am very determined to get where I want to be.I have workout schedule planned and I purchased some high protein/low carb shakes.Just had one actually....very tasty. Its true, we can workout as much as we like, but if we are not watching out diet, it goes down the tubes.....
