I would just eat the lean meats...chicken, fish, etc. You need a certain amount of fat so I would figure in my intake for the day and not go over. I would stay away from ranch dressing and substitute olive oil instead, etc. You also have to be careful cuz some salad dressings can have alot of sugar in them too. My bad right now is eating ALOT of fruit...natural sugar, but STILL!
