Well i bought a caliper. It is easy once you figure out how to program it(I am just dense on directions)
Well, here is the difference from scale to caliper.
Scale says 21.1% body fat
Caliper says 19.3%.
The only thing i dodn't like was when i pinched with it, it bruised my skin.
The darn thing is sharp.
I am discousted with the scale. It fluctuates with bloating and whether i have had water or coffee.
One day 140 . One day 146, One day 144.
Goal was 125 , but ,i think i am going to work on 15% body fat and not worry about the scale.
Any one else agree>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
