Family Gym Memberships

After much discussion, we're going to look into a family membership at our local Gold's Gym...We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens). DH (or close enough to DH!!) is thinking of competing in 45+ bodybuilding...In his 20's he shattered his ankle (and he thought his dreams), and stopped training (himself as well as his clients)...I've always thought about figure...Just can't get to that level at home!

As far as the girls go:
17 year old-the gym was HER idea...She's gained some weight since quitting dance 2 years ago...Though we also need to chat with her about nutrition...likes to run, dislikes weights...
14 year old-cardio queen...does NOT like weights, still dances but...Well, that's all there is to say...
13 year old-will end up getting a college scholarship for sports (her goal is to double scholarship, volleyball and softball...She will try to live at the gym. Christmas list consists of another Ipod (a nano, easier to run with) new running shoes as well as cross trainers for weights, anything highlighted in my Otomix catalog and pre-wrap in every color to use as headbands...

After a crazy year of opening a new store, moving another one, (re)starting a business and then some, I think we finally (hopefully) have found something to do TOGETHER! I feel like we've all been pulled different directions all year!

Other than the "basic manners" at a gym (carry a towel to wipe your equipment, no cell phones on the "floor", keep your voice down, don't hog machines), what should I tell them? They are very well behaved girls, and we'll be with them most of the time, but I know there are things I will just know and forget to tell them. We're only 2 miles from the gym, they have already said they'll shower once they get home...

Being we're in a rural area, this is the only gym other than an Anytime...

Thanks, Ladies!
