Fall/Moment of Truth Check-In Saturday Sept 4th

I have a friend who is pretty big and she doesn't eat anything till lunch time and that is a big meal. She then doesn't eat until 7:00 for dinner and she says she eats alot then. I tell her she should eat more often and little meals. She says she doesn't have time at work to do that.

Also she gets up in the middle of the night and eats a peanut butter sandwich and milk. She seems to be comfortable about her size, but she has high blood pressure which is not good for being over weight.

WOW so many people here now!

Wendy-I finally went to sleep around one my time. I am getting ready to do my run then some core work. Later I will do weights.

Lori-Did your husband find a job yet? I remember he was having a rough time.

Wendy, it sounds like I was on your schedule last night. I had my clock set for 3:40 to start work at 4, but I woke up at 2:40 (after getting to sleep around 10), so I got up about 3 and went to work at 3:30. It is 12 now and just off work.

Today is hay-making-MAX. I have to help DH in the hay field but they are still raking and it'll be about an hour before they start baling. Upper body workout!!

I am planning on measuring Monday since I didn't last week after a feeding frenzy.

All of y'all's workouts look great.

Right now he doesn't but he is working on something VERY exciting! Its pretty hush hush and its weird b/c I know no one on here knows anything on anyone...but my lips are sealed! Prehaps I am afraid that once I say something I may start telling the whole world.

Hi Terri,

I want to right now to get my biceps to 12inchs. I don't know how long that will take but I will certainly give it a try with the one body part a day. And the main thing is to be able to strengthen and add muscle back to the calf of my injured foot. You should see it! My right calf looks like a tooth pick compared to the other. I looked deformed! I basically need to tighten up, because I am mushy! I hope to do alot this month with my upper body and abs! I am already off to a good start I've already completed day one!



I'm glad that I have this thread to turn to all of you!

Don't you just love being outdoors playing in the hay? It is such a beautiful day here and I now all I have left to do are my workouts and straigten up the garden: hoeing, take the fence down and mow around edges. I am such a neat freak!

Hello Everyone!

Just got done with PH. My arms feel like jello! I'm gonna end up killing someone with a horseshoe! I didn't even think about jello arms. Oh well.

Wendy I asked you this before. Where do I get a ticker thingie? What are you doing today anyway? DH helping his friends?

My new boss gave me a bunch of scrubs to wear to work next week and they fit perfect! They are not too tight in the butt! In fact DH says my butt looks great in them! Woo Hoo! :7

Hi everyone!

I'm really glad for this check-in, it's really keeping me motivated. Yesterday I did KPC cardio premix + GS legs 50 min timesaver, it was really fun, I'll definitely be doing this one again. My hip flexors and inner thighs are pretty sore today so I think I'll be doing Wendy's workout plan for today - CoreMax and stretch max.

I weighed myself at my mom's yesterday and it said I was down a pound but I had just finished working out so I could've been just water weight, I'm not taking too much stock in it. Maybe I'll check again tomorrow...evil scale }(

I love being outside!!! It is a beautiful day here in NC. They are going to start baling in the next 30 minutes so I need to get my kitchen floor mopped and then get out there. BTW - your w/o's are amazing, you are one strong woman.

Kali - don't kill anybody with those horseshoes!!

Shannon - I did the KPC cardio premix and the entire GS Legs back to back this past week. I was barely walking!!!

Kim- Ok I decided to measure my bicep flexed and it it 121/4 inch! I say that not to brag but to say it can be done!! Keep at it:) Now I know why my friends call me guns :)

Charlotte I could hire you for my business if you lived closer. I have a housecleaning biz and since you are a neat freak...:)

Well Jane, I just got back in from pulling those weeds. They were everywhere. Looked like a green carpet was in my garden. My back is killing me now and my knees are sore. I sat down on an ant farm again and it got the side of my leg. Ouch, ouch, ouch!x(

Hi, ladies!

Saturdays are busy in these parts now that soccer season is in full swing, so I didn't get on the board until now. I just finished Circuit Max (I don't have BodyMax and am on day #2 of the Sept rotation). I technically should have done the step part of SJP as well, but I don't have that much time. I am waiting for the SO to come back from his ride to the dealership where he is buying something called a "sissy bar" (!!) so that he can take me for rides on the Harley. I am not sure what I think of that, lol.

I haven't got to 12in. biceps yet. I am hoping it won't take long. I do not use very heavy,heavy weights, in fact biceps are my weakest muscle. I can get good shoulders and triceps but with biceps I have to work very hard!

Terri,

Girl you go with those big guns! Hey tell me what you did! I am doing the GS and S&H that I started today.


By the way, how often should I check my measurements to see if there is improvement? Are you doing it monthly or weekly?

I'm back for a moment and then off to bed. Tired from last night's lack of sleep.

Left Joey with his grandma for a sleepover tonight. :+ Went to Applebee's for dinner with DH...ordered a chicken sandwich from their weight watchers menu and wrote down the provided nutrition info to put it in fitday!!! My cals are maybe 100 under for the day so that's just fine for me. The sandwich was pretty nasty though...ever go out to a restaraunt and get chicken that you swear is nothing more than a piece of rubber shaped like a chicken breast!? YUCK! x( Kept me on the straight and narrow though atleast....

Okay, off to dreamland with my tired booty...catch you all in the
a.m.! :)

Oh and BTW, I must be honest here...I never had the chance to do Coremax so I will try to do it tmrw as my ab work for the day...
