Extended Movement Workouts?

I've been doing a workout that extends the moves more and uses less weight and I really like the lengthening and streching of my muscles. Does anyone know of some workouts like this that really work your body? I like that fluid movement. Any suggestions?
 
I like Ellen Barrett's workouts - they sound similar. She uses light (3#) weights and a full range of motion. I usually do them as an active rest day or if I'm real stiff and need to stretch out and move without doing too much. They do make me feel good when I'm done. However, they are not enough to be a "workout" when I'm feeling serious though.
 
Thanks I'll look up some of her workouts. I did want one that really works me out pretty hard. I wonder if you lose anything by working out with pilates type styles as opposed to weights? I think I'll ask that question.
 
I do yoga when I want this. Absolutely no weight and verrrrrry extended range of movement.

Take a look at the clips of Fluid Power from Shiva Rea at collage video. I dont like it (prefer purist yoga) but it is a very interesting approach to working the body along the lines of the OP.
