expanding body parts

Oh my gosh, I have gone from a size 7 1/2 aerobics shoe (from the before step days) to a size 9! It was gradual over many years, but it hit me today while buying the avia instructor and the saucony grid hurricane 8. Anyone else use these shoes? I've heard others say they increase a half a size for every child they have. And yes, I've had three kids. Imagine that! I've noticed many changes this year. . . turning 35 next month. Any other changes I should get ready for?

My feet started out big (size 10) then got smaller for a few years, down to a 9-1/2. Now they are back to a 10. My mother tried to reassure me that big feet were OK since Jackie Kennedy wore a size 10 also!

Hi-

My feet increased a 1/2 of a size after having my son. 8 to 8-1/2 too!

Somebody told me that your feet aren't actually increasing in size, just that your arches fall after having kids so your feet get flatter, thus they have a wider span. ( Not sure if that is true, but it is interesting.)

This is new to me. I used to work in a shoe store and they told me that after certain age (don't remember...12, 14, 18?) won't grow anymore. I have two daughters and mines haven't changed... yet?
