exercises for mild sunken chest

Hi Cathe, this is my first post here,although I did send you a card by post on the arrival of your baby. I am 39 and use all your videos ,but do you have any specific exercises I can do to try to correct my mild sunken chest. Thanks in advance for all replies.

As for your chest area. There really are no specific exercises. The best thing to do is to work this area hard with heavy weight. Also try working it two times per week with about 3 or 4 days recovery between workouts. Also, be sure to stretch this area well and also have a counter balanced weight workout (in this case it would be for your back)to avoid an imbalance. Good Luck!
