Exercise Tapes & Pregnancy

I am about 8 weeks pregnant and am wondering what tapes the rest of you moms to be are using. I find that I can get through the tapes but I have to rest often. I am thinking that I may need to do something less intensive.

Thanks.

the only pregnancy exercise videos I have tried are yoga ones and they are all too easy for me, but you might like them. :)
I have tried the Method: baby and mama yoga.

Hi!

I've been told that most pregnancy videos are too easy, so I've only used one, Shiva Rea's Prenatal Yoga, for stretching and relaxing. Right now I'm using my regular workouts, just taking out the jumping, jogging and intervals (my doctor's advice). For Cathe workouts, I often use the 4" step height, as she gets my heart rate up really fast. For Kari or Christi workouts I use a 6" step height. Cathe's KPC was challenging for me to modify, and I have the feeling kickboxing will get difficult once the center of gravity changes with the weight of a bigger belly. Too bad, I'll miss it!;(

I used Energy Sprint by Karen Voight a lot while I was pregnant, mostly in the third trimester. The workout is good because it is low impact. It also is over an hour (maybe 75 minutes), with some toning at the end. So you can still get in a good and long workout, but don't need to modify since it is already low impact. It may be too easy for you at this point, if you are an advanced exerciser, as I would consider myself. But, it is great for an intermediate exerciser in beginning or mid pregnancy, or an advanced exerciser towards the end of their pregnancy. Hope this helps!
