Exercise Schedule

Hi all,

I've been working out with Cathe for about a year now and love to read the posts - although I don't post much. Everyone seems so knowledgable and I am quite in awe of much of you ladies and the amount of workouts you get in. I've lost about 65 lbs. with a lot of sweat. I have been doing full body work outs on strength training days; however, want to switch to a split since I just purchased PUB/PLB. I wanted to put my exercise schedule/type to see if you all think this is enough.

M, T, TH - Cardio - 1 day steady state, 1 day interval, and 1 day kickbox, Turbo Jam or low impact.
W - Upper body
F- Circuit - C&W mainly - I am looking for another circuit work-out with step as the cardio (not a big hi/lo fan)
SUN - Lower Body
Sat: Rest - but I think I am going to incorporate 30 mns of Yoga on this day.
I also use Stretch Max on W/Sun following my weight training. Do you all think this is enough strength training? Would like to get more definition in bi/tri area. Was thinking about switching up Circuit work on Friday and one week do that and one week do Tri/BI work only, but I feel I miss out on the cardio. Any help or tweaking is appreciated. Thanks.
 
If you want a little more Bi/Tri you can use some of the wt time in your circuit and work those extra... I often do this with circuits to focus more on what area I'm working on.... I also do legs 2x a week so I rarely do all the squats & lunges in circuits- I do either shoulders, triceps, or biceps while cathe is doing all those squats!
