Exercise Machines

Does anyone have any suggestions for incorporating exercise machines with Cathe's strength workouts? I have the Soloflex Rockit (squat machine) and the Soloflex Muscle machine. RobinJ

Or machine one week, Cathe one week. There's a zillion ways to do it! Right now I like two weeks, two weeks. It keeps the boredom away! Very simple, very easy.
