I suffer from Stills disease which is a form of rheumatoid arthritis as well as joint pain I become fatigued very easily. I have just done 4 days exercise in a row mostly Ellen Barrett and a Turbo Jam and today I feel terrible. My joints don't ache just feel drained and weak. If there is any body else on the site that suffers a similar condition please can you help me find the best balance to stop me having flares. I was going to try: one day toning (Cathe or Jari then one day Cardio after that have a rest day and carry on like that 2 days workouts 1 day rest. If you have any other suggestions I would appreciate it. I am at the moment very frustrated because it appear whenever I get well I end up sabotaging it by overdoing the exercise which leads me into a flare where I can't exercise for weeks please help if you can!!

I would really make a note of what activities you've done and your body's reaction and bring it to your doctor. Exercise can help manage both types of arthritis, but there are lots of personal factors to consider when selecting frequency/intensity/type of activity.

Your doctor can tell you if what you are doing is exacerbating your condition (or if it's another problem) and likely give you some guidelines to follow for future workouts.

I hope you get some answers. I have an aunt with RA and I know what a challenge it can be, to say the least!
