:-jumpy :-jumpy :-jumpy :-jumpy
Here's the deal. Tomorrow I get my Ivanko Aerobic Bar so I'm waiting to do this weeks strength training until Wendsday. Should I do PS Series or MIS????

I currently have a longer 15lb bar (a pain since I'm only 5'2" (well almost :) ). It's always exiting to do a workout with new equipment.

I really can't wait for Power Hour!!!!!

Thanks,
Dawn W

MIS!

I vote for MIS because you can get a full spectrum, full body workout and give yourself more time in your first session with your new bar. Have fun.:)

RE: MIS!

Okay Dawn, we need a report on how it felt!! I am considering buying that bar but I also have another one in mind so would really like to know what you thought of it. Have fun! Isn't new equipment fun? :)

I loved it! That bar is great. My old bar is 6 feet long. This is only 44". Much more managable just to put away and move around my room. Plus it's padded already, I don't have to add the barbell pad for squats, don't need weight gloves if I don't want to bother etc. My old bar bell has the threaded ends with the star collars so changing weights is much easier now with the spring clips. I AM VERRRRRRRY PLEASED!!!!!
I'm sure you would love it too.
