I wanted to thank you for the excellent customer service I have been receiving inspite of living in India.
I have had to contact your customer service dept by email on two occassions and have got immediate replies both times.
On one occassion,I got the wrong dvd in the push pull box and I was told that I will be sent the correct dvd and that I can keep the other one.
Just today, there was a problem with my credit card and the preorder that was sorted out at once.
Am looking forward to your newly announced dvds.
