Wendy, I read your post from yesterday's thread. Sometimes it does get to be a bit much especially when I am inputting a new recipe and have to figure the calories of each ingredient/then divided the whole thing by servings to get the values on one serving. I find though that when I have the time, and like you I tend to grab the same things each week with the exception of supper, I am now inputting my days two or three days ahead if I happen to have a little time. It is worth it to me though, I'm all about numbers, love those numbers, calorie counts, fat/pro/carb, HRM calorie burn numbers, it just satisifies something in me. Now my daughter is another story, she tried fitday but it drove her crazy, she is back counting points on Weight Watchers.

Today is my big calorie day....

I've got a lot of food to eat today but since I've been starving this week probably due to midcycle time AND this brutal rotation, I am ready to eat!

Br - 4 pancakes with SF syrup, 1 pc bacon, egg beaters, 1 pc WW toast, grapefruit juice, coffee w/creamer

Sn - choc/nat. PB/banana protein smoothie using lt. choc soy milk

Ln - The other half of that grilled ck salad from Longhorn last night with honey mustard (on the side), an apple

Sn - Go Lean cereal and skim milk

Dn - Herbed fish and vegies using mahi mahi, grilled asparagus

Have a clean day everyone (or moderately clean). I don't think my pancakes count as clean.
