I know,I know...I should stop braging about my new treadmill but I had to share the workout I did tonight.And for those of you who have a treadmill at home, you may want to give this a try(if you already haven't
).
I did Bootcamp BUT after each cardio I did a little run on the treadmill.Then I went and continued the rest of the workout.
These are the runs I did.The length of them totally depended on the length of the song I was listening to.5min,4min,5min,7min,6min,4min. Thats as far as I got b/c we have to go to the airport to pick up my hubbys sister.
It was a awesome workout and pushed me a little harder.I think this treadmill is gonna give me some different workouts and may even get me out of that plateau.
