ETL - Cravings?

Hi - I am attempting to get organized and eat the "Eat to Live" way. Especially after reading the posts here about it. But, the times I've tried to eat that way I couldn't get over the cravings for breads, carbs, flour, sweets, etc.?? How long did it take some of you? If I knew it wouldn't last too long I might be able to get through it.

For the most part Marcia...as long as you avoid those foods the cravings will go away. For me it was chips and it took about 4 days...:)

Hi Barb...I don't follow ETL real strict these days. I do eat some whole grains like Multigrain bread (I make it), brown rice, and some quinoa on occasion. But the majority of my carbs are fruit, veggies and legumes...:)
